Qualifications:
Masters degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), or eligibility for certification.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' occupational therapy needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and student goals.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the school curriculum.
Facilitate communication and collaboration with parents and caregivers regarding therapy plans and progress.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
