Our team is looking for a lead software engineer to help build these tools and capabilities. On this team you will be a part of a fast-paced, user-driven development team focused on creating solutions with a successful group that is rapidly growing. We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Product Manager to be a part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing, user-driven development team that is focused on architecting, developing, and maintaining these solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet our customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. You will work with our Requirements team in understanding the needs of our customers, Design to ensure designs and user experience are met, and Architecture to facilitate system designs and direction. You will assist the Lead Product Manager in developing and communicating the Program vision and Roadmap, define, manage, and prioritize the flow of work, and releases. You will also assist in facilitating and participating in Program Increment planning and work with Product Owners to understand the prioritization, vision and direction, and define the work that the teams need to accomplish each Sprint. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or any related field. 6
years of experience in a Product Management or related role Educational requirements may be adjusted for applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience Strong experience in a dynamic product management role Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle Highly effective cross-functional team management Previous experience delivering finely tuned products Strong Analytical and Prioritization skills Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills Experience utilizing Agile methodologies and principles as well as Agile frameworks Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Management, Product Design, or Product Engineering Experience with collaboration, development tracking, and version control systems such as Confluence, Jira, and Git Fundamental understanding of web development Technical writing skills Basic understanding of user experience and user interfaces Security Clearance:

$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
