Job Description:
Advanced and more in-depth telephone support of Treasury Services for member/branch inquiries relating to member issues that will take additional time and focus to solve.
Emulate the member and conclude what the issues they are having.
Guide the member to a resolution on how the pull reports, export their transactions to Quickbooks or other file format, guiding the member on how to complete all fields necessary.
Assist in sending ACH templates and files by deciphering any errors if the file or template fails, setting up tokens, managing positive pay issues, entering issues, decisioning exceptions and setting up their payment rules.
Troubleshoot by reviewing the members settings in their computer, version of Windows, run test scan to obtain the error message.
Assisting members with more advanced issues with processing steps for originating ACH, initiating wire transfers, positive pay files, remote deposits and testing and tracking scanners, and online banking/bill pay.
Must have technical understanding of computers, drivers, uninstall/re-install process, etc.
Create amendments, addendums and master agreements for all updates required per member or banker request.
After receiving the signed agreements back, update the system accordingly and send for review.
Validating and implementing agreement updates to add accounts to Business Online, increase limits, update Online Administrators, enable bill pay, & update wire advice emails, in addition to reviewing all new enrollments that are completed by Implementation for completion and accuracy.
Sign all updated agreements in Adobe Acrobat and combine and organize the document as needed.
Send to Optical imaging for archiving.
Maintain Excel spreadsheet of all findings that require a returned enrollment or a correction.
Providing advanced online support and/or training to members via secure email or meeting channels.
When applicable, creating and testing procedures to guide team on advanced technical service issues.
Assisting the Treasury Services Implementation team as needed.
Staying abreast of system functionality as enhancements/releases are deployed, monitoring issues and suggesting necessary changes, as well as assisting in the documentation of updated processes and procedures.
Obeying all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Actively look for cross sell and referral opportunities.
Performing other duties and departmental functions as assigned.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Exquisite Member Service Skills.
Proven written and verbal communication skills and professional call etiquette.
Computer skills (MicroSoft Office Suite), as well as more technical ability to learn and understand different banking software and hardware, including but not limited to software installations, drive downloads, Treasury software troubleshooting, and bank proprietary systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

Two or more years previous banking with Treasury/Cash Management experience, with growing levels of responsibility.
Two or more years of payments experience (origination and receiving).
Three or more years call center experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
