Knowledge of Operations Maintenance principles such as data collection, pavement markings, markers and messages, traffic signs and guardrail.

Skill in the use of computers and software applicationsCore ResponsibilitiesRoadway inventory support for traffic assets - support and maintain inventory for signs, pavement markings, pavement markers and guard rail.
Update database monthly.
Transfer data from one data base to another.
Monitor all traffic asset data bases.
Sign installation support.
Conduct field reviews.
Other necessary duties to meet work plan goals.
Any other duties assigned by a Supervisor or Project Manager.
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.

This position is designated as essential and, as such, all duties associated with this job are required during emergency situations which may include but are not limited to inclement weather, disaster response and emergency operations.
VDOT/Project Management will determine when essential positions are required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
