We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to join our skilled nursing team.
The skilled nursing unit is a 40 bed unit that provides residents with the highest quality of skilled and long term care.

Responsible for integrity of service delivery to meet regulatory, company and professional standards.
Responsible to empower and challenge staff, recruit, train and retain the best people and provide resources and environment for people to be successful.
We are seeking a Director of Nursing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Medicare and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the nursing department - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality patient care - Manage staffing levels and schedules for nursing staff - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff - Ensure that all nursing staff are properly trained and certified - Monitor patient care and ensure that all patients receive the appropriate level of care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred - Current RN license in good standing - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role - Experience working with Medicare regulations - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
