Essential
Responsibilities:
Welcomes members to TowneBank Assists members with transactions at the teller line (deposits, check cashing, payments, etc.
) Assists branch personnel with a variety of tasks as needed - i.
e.
balancing the cash dispenser, settling the ATM, ordering supplies, capturing teller work, etc.
Verifies checks and cash and examines documents for essential elements Enters members' transactions into the teller system and provides receipts Reviews member accounts in order to make appropriate decisions Balances cash drawer daily Promotes TowneBank as well as all related bank products Provides assistance to members in person and on the phone Follows the bank's security guidelines on a daily basis Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
Prior cash handling and customer service experience Excellent customer service and telephone skills Able to adapt to frequent schedule changes Punctual and dependable Works well in a team environment Detailed oriented and willing to help others Desired Skills and Competencies:
Computer experience (Word and Excel)Physically you can anticipate to:
