Site Manager

Under general direction of the NCG Director, the Site Manager is responsible for the successful administrative and management operations for a specific site(s), location(s), or program(s).
The Site Manager is a Tier 2 Leadership position and is responsible for referrals, productivity, customer service, compliance, and facilities in assigned locations.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
REFERRALS:
Ensure referrals are managed efficiently, timely, and in a clinically appropriate way Track and respond to all referrals.
This includes maintaining close communication with assessors, notifying referral sources and clients, and making case assignments.
Ensure referral dispositions are updated in the Intake Program.
Conducts structured staffing meetings to effectively address referrals.
Coordinate with the Director to ensure there is a structured referral management system in place at the site level.
PRODUCTIVITY:
Ensure NCG is providing services in a clinically effective way Personnel Management:
Conduct interviews of nonexempt employees and act as hiring manager in Care Hub.
Review hires with the Director weekly for position approvals.
Case Assignment:
Ensure staff have adequate clients on caseloads.
Meet with team leads regularly (at least monthly) and individual clinicians as needed to discuss any issues with their cases and if there is anything preventing them from performing their job well.
Authorizations:
monitors and tracks authorization completions Ensures Supervisor and Site Manager Productivity by partnering with the Director to know and understand direct billing requirements for exempt staff.
Morale-schedule staff appreciation events, at discretion of Director ensure rewards and recognitions are performed Reviews and approves weekly time cards and makes necessary corrections as needed CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Ensure are we meeting the needs of community Monitoring overall quality of services provided which includes:
response time to referrals, prompt turnaround of intake submission CNA and auth requests Nurture new and existing relationships with community stakeholders Provides service recovery and ensures grievance procedures are followed QUALITY/COMPLIANCE:
Ensure we are meeting client satisfaction, quality metrics, and regulatory demands of services Ensure we are meeting regulatory demands of services Ensure all documentation is accounted for weekly Coordinate with Director on monthly internal audit findings and take corrective action Address Business Operations reports that identify training compliance, documentation compliance, and authorization statuses FACILITY:
Ensure a positive and safe environment for staff and clients Make sure everything in the building looks nice, is working and that the grounds stay clean and well-kept-meet with Office Manager at least monthly to review plan Communicate emergency preparedness at the location in cases of inclimate weather, natural disasters, etc.
This includes performing fire drills and ensuring emergency preparedness plans are followed Check mail daily OTHER MANAGEMENT:
Participates in ongoing business management and leadership development training.
Provides coverage for Clinical Supervisor(s).
Supports external audit responses and licensing activities.
Reviews and responds to all communication (email, voice mail) on a daily basis.
Provides direct care to individuals receiving services as needed or directed Management of physical space and facilities matters.
Other activities as assigned Recommended Skills Administration Auditing Billing Business Management Certified Nursing Assistant Clinical Works Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
