As an Office Assistant, you will help grow a local Insurance agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community.
This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and maintaining of sensitive information.
You will work alongside managers to handle various office administrative functions.
What you'll do - Organize and maintain customer files.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up with clients as assigned.
- Take incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments as necessary.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory - Resolve office related functions.
- Provide a positive customer experience - Fulfill all duties as assigned by management Who you are - Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred - No insurance experience required - Willing to obtain necessary insurance license(s) upon hire - Confident, motivated individual who works well independently - Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Someone not afraid to do extra work to get ahead Job Types:
