My client is an established company specializing in manufacturing consumer packaged beverage food products for retail, co-pack, and food service customers.
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations leader to join us as the Assistant Plant Manager.
Key
Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the production operations, packaging, and materials-warehouse operations.
Working hand-in-hand with the Plant Manager, you will drive teams towards achieving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
A college degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
Strong formal training in six sigma, lean, and other continuous improvement tools.
Minimum of 8 years of operations leadership experience in a consumer-packaged goods, food, beverage, Pharma, or other high-speed packaging manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in high-speed production and packaging.
Strong background in driving teams towards successful continuous improvement initiatives.
