Mechanical Services Sales - Account Manager

Responsible for providing a solution based sales efforts, actualizing account management strategies, sales planning, sales pipeline, and manage sales activity.
Essential Functions:
Develop positive, successful relationships with customers, owners and property management decision makers Enhance business development through cold calling, prospecting, and heavy networking Successfully close deals to promote business development and growth Sell heating and cooling system preventive maintenance packages and service agreements to commercial and industrial clients Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers Ability to handle workload under deadlines in a fast paced dynamic work environment Enhance corporate brand among commercial customers Manage customer accounts, relationships and exceed customer expectations to ensure secured sales performance Provide weekly sales forecasts Increase market penetration in local business by developing and securing new relationships/customers Facilitate a team selling approach and ensures support resources are in place to develop business Analyze the market and current business performance Partner with Service Sales team, to maximize local territory account management consistent with ACI's strategic direction Provide customer base with viable solutions to decrease their overall operating expenses through system efficiency and energy conservation Evaluate local performance in customer satisfaction and provide leadership for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues Performs other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Account Management Brand Identity Business Development Cold Calling Communication Customer Satisfaction Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
