- Oversee and manage night operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Supervise and support night shift employees, providing guidance and direction as needed - Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for upcoming shifts - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and employee performance - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities - Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
