Vendor Finance - Operations and Support Manager
LOCATION - Suffolk
SALARY - Negotiable plus car allowance and benefits
o To manage the vendor finance UK operations.
o To ensure the implementation of the global strategy decided by the Board
o To achieve UK budget
o To support UK sales
o To monitor and review the performance of each team member via clear objectives and though quarterly team meeting
o To support the team with adequate training programmes when necessary and regular communication.
o To be the central point of contact for Finance Department, Sales & Marketing Department, National Key Accounts, Credit & Processing team.
o To apply and control agreed Cooperation Agreement and Service Mandate
o To appeal credit decision which may results into commercial issues
o To participate to the preparation of the annual budget
o To review procedures and business practice to ensure that all team tasks are undertaken on a timely basis with maximum accuracy
o To ensure and maintain close working relationships with all dealers
o To develop and promote dealers training activity on retail finance
o To propose annual sales & marketing plan
o To initiate, control and monitor retail finance campaigns
o To organise board meeting, circulate board minutes, implement and monitor action plan decided during the board.
AUTHORITY LEVELS (Including financial)
As detailed in the Company Authority Schedule from time to time, a copy of which is acknowledged
o Be involved in all system development or new products for
o Use the support of International Development Manager
o Provide all necessary information to UK wholesale team
o Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the board
o Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, guidelines and the internal control framework established to guide the operation of their function in addition to regulatory compliance requirements.
o Previous managerial experience within Vendor Finance or Machinery Sales
o Strong commercial focus and results driven
o Good communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal
o Strong influencing and training skills
o Excellent organisational & planning skills
o Good knowledge of finance and accounting
o Creative and open for changes
o Ability to maintain the highest standards under pressure
o Able to work as part of a team in a cross cultural environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
