An essential part of the shop floor team, and at the front of a luxury high street brand, dealing with customers, Shop floor staff, store VM, team development and training, and anything in-between to ensure first class service is delivered at all times. This is a varied role and it is key you can build relationships internally and be proactive in ensuring the customer gets what they need. As Store Manager you will take responsibility delivering, growing and driving the business forward. You will be responsible for every aspect of your business and can really make a difference with all KPI?s. You will ensure your store looks the best by delivering exceptional visual and creative standards. You will ensure that you understand your market place and customer and are able to make commercial decisions based on what your customers need. You will engage and communicate where necessary with Head Office functions to support the growth of your business and make recommendations for the future. You should be an enthusiastic, articulate and proactive person to join our team as the business grows.


RESPONSIBLITIES:
Create a culture where service comes first ensuring that the team deliver.
Delivers an Omni Channel experience for our customers.
Delivers the retail strategy into a store model that is relevant, commercial and cost effective, exploiting all opportunities to maximise profit.
Manage the store team to ensure the visual and creative standards are implemented and maintained at all times.
Demonstrate strong retail awareness and will always be one step ahead of the competition. You proactively seek, anticipate and respond to shifts in retail and new market opportunities.
Seek opportunities and areas to improve, encouraging the team to try new ideas.
Share ideas and give feedback with solutions to the Area / Business.
Leads by example ensuring that all KPI are achieved i.e. Sales, Conversion, ATV, Payroll, stock loss and HR.
Personally strive to be the best seeking all development opportunities available.
Play an active part in growing talent and succession management for the store team, area and business.
Recruit outstanding individuals with future potential who will deliver results, love the brand and are passionate about the customer.
Delivers a fantastic first impression with our new team member?s, through a great recruitment process, induction and objective setting for all.
Create a culture where good performance is recognised and you build a store community.
Ensure that all the team have up to date regular performance reviews.
Able to engage the team, ensuring they are given what they need, when they need, so they feel empowered and informed.
Challenges and manages poor performance in line with company procedures.
Creates good working relationships with Head Office support networks to support your business and feedback to Head Office departments regularly.
Able to show resilience, takes feedback on board and delivers any feedback to the team in a positive way.
Takes full responsibility for FOH and BOH operations, ensuing that the team are aware and understand the policies and procedures and that the store is legally compliant. This includes, till and cash handling, payroll management, stock management, administration, and H&S.;

Experience:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
