Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Cyber Security Analyst. The Cyber Security Analyst will provide Information Assurance (IA) support to the Joint Staff, J7 Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in Suffolk, VA.

DUTIES
The duties of the Cyber Security Analyst include:
Primary task will be to provide Cyber Security Tier-2 support to monitor and maintain cyber security of the Joint Environment for four Global Area Networks of varying classifications.
Candidate will man the Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Computer Network Defense (CND) watch, providing shift coverage from midnight to noon on a rotating watch schedule.
CND watch includes network monitoring, Cyber Security incident reporting and management, and network vulnerability scanning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements : The ideal candidate will have Bachelors degreee in Computer Science or a Business related field.
Minimal
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years experience of applicable technical field experience.
Must have one of the following IA certifications: COMPITA Secruity
or GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC).
Must have one of the following Operating System (OS) certifications: MCSA, MCTS, MCITP-SA, MCITP-EA, COMPTIA Server+, COMPTIA Linux+
Must have a thorough understanding of network vulnerability scanning, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) management, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) management, firewall access control management.
Candidate must meet certification requirements for DoD Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II.
U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance required.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of modeling and simulations systems used by the US military.
Experience with networks to include 10/100/1000 Ethernet, IP addressing schemes, and VLANs.
Security Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information including a Top Secret clearance. Any formal job offer will be contingent upon the incumbents' receipt of an Interim Clearance and successful adjudication of the security clearance process.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
