Capstone Corporation is currently seeking a Project Supervisor to support Joint Staff J7 Military Secretariat (MILSEC) Resources and Acquisition Management Office (RAMO), located in Suffolk, VA.
Develops and implements assigned projects and serves as a single point of contact for those projects.
Manages projects from original concept through final implementation.
Interfaces with all areas affected by project including end users, computer services and client services.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Minimum education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree. Three (3) years experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Five (5) years related work experience.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
Ability to direct appropriate resources to support quality measurements for projects.
Technical ability to support project management, including knowledge of required systems, hardware, and software.
Clearance:
Final DoD Secret clearance.
One (1) year working experience in a leadership position.
EOE minority/female/disability/veteran Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
