Skills Required:
o 10-15 years Food and beverage Experience
o Familiar with all types of construction work permits (hot work, confine space, line breaks, overrides, elevated work, cold work).
o Must be multi discipline experienced.
o Have good working knowledge of PC based programs such as MS Excell, Word, Microsoft project, Prolog, Primavera P3 or P6.
o Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing, as well strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
o Strong attention to detail during the construction process.
o Knowledge of OSHA regulations and General Safety Policies.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
o Have extensive knowledge in the manufacturing, refrigeration, conveyer and packaging operations.
o Experienced in cGMP facilities. Especially in piping, vessel and equipment installations.
o Building demo and renovation experience.
o Capable of managing and coordinating vendor service representatives.
o Capable of supervising stainless steel piping, equipment, packaging and conveyor installations.
o Experience in blending equipment and piping relocations.
o Act as liaison between clients, operations, contractor and subcontractor's on construction projects.
o Ensure contractor compliance with all project specifications and design documents.
o Review contractor's quality control procedures.
o Review contractor's safety procedures, verify it complies with all OSHA and client policies and procedures.
o Evaluate the contractor's material control procedures.
o Assist in the development and maintaining of the projects Procurement Plan and Status Report.
o Prepare scopes of work for the bidding process.
o Verify that contractors for bidding are qualified for the work and that their performances and workloads are supporting project needs.
o Complete on site bid walk downs with approved contractors and vendors.
o Experience and good with leveraging and managing.
o Complete bid evaluations and advise management.
o Verify that the bidders have the specific expertise required to execute the work.
o Assist in monitoring budgets, forecast to complete, trends and project productivity data.
o Review request for payment and advise management.
o Establish and monitor construction schedules.
o Capable to accurately estimate project cost.
o Proficient in the critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
o Coordinate all daily activities between multiple contractors' to avoid interferences and manpower conflicts.
o Prepare daily construction report for each shift worked. Daily reports are done in Prolog.
o Maintain document system. Ensure that contractors are working to the latest design documents.
o Maintain all as built conditions. (Red line drawings)
o Ensure that all contractors are performing their work in accordance with OSHA and the Owners safety standards.
o Conduct daily safety meetings and conduct safety audits as required. Generally done on a weekly basis.
o Work with the owner/construction engineer during the change management process.
o Complete weekly progress meetings with contractors and client. Complete meeting minutes and distribute to management as required.
o Complete a monthly project status report and distribute to management as required.
o Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process.
o Manage the submittal process.
o Perform inspections of materials as required.
o Able to perform daily installation inspections to ensure the quality of contractors work.
o Review contractors materials inspection and receiving reports.
o Evaluate vendor and contractor performance during the different phases of the project.
o Perform system punch list and distribute to the appropriate contractors for resolution.
o Coordinate system turnovers to client.
Education/Training/Certifications:
o College Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
