We are seeking a Full-Time Parts Advisor. Responsibilities will include:
providing excellent customer service by listening to customers, asking questions, and supplying parts in a timely manner; coordinating with Service Departments, Sales Departments and others to ensure parts requests are met; utilizing computer programs and parts catalogs to acquire information, as well as maintaining control over parts inventory to increase efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong organizational skills; be customer service oriented; are customer service oriented; possess good working knowledge of computers; have an understanding of automotive systems; and is reliable and hard-working.
