For GG-12 position:
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Develop detailed technical and non-technical briefings. 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include:
Ensure proposed solutions meet specific combatant command readiness at the tactical and operational levels. 3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include:
Remain current on NGEN acquisition processes and techniques for improving methods and to meet new, existing or changing requirements. 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include:
Develop recommendations for improvements in Command Network Defense (CND) security. In addition to my experience demonstrating the four competencies above GG-2210-12 Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
Identifying, analyzing, and documenting Computer Network Defense (CND/NGEN) Requirements and delivering work products throughout the project life cycle. Providing authoritative expertise on the information technology acquisition process and how to support the commands CND capability. Providing expertise to assist with the design, development, acquisition, and implementation of wide range of NGEN IT hardware, software and services. Analyzing software license and hardware maintenance agreements to ensure appropriate and affordable coverage is in place for command's IT Infrastructure. Utilizing Next Generation (NGEN) Network Information Technology infrastructure design and support. Assisting with identifying and defining acquisition and contract requirements and standards of performance. Using Information Technology principles, methods and practices to perform assignments to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of automated systems, networks and data/information. Utilizing Information Technology acquisition databases documents such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Cost Estimates Market Research and Source selection Plans to ensure proper hardware and/or software specifications. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
