PROGRAM ANALYST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience manning, training, and equipping all Information Warfare (IW) forces afloat and ashore across the Navy to generate required levels of current and future readiness to execute directed missions. Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing training readiness programs and making recommendations to resolve conventional and operational problems that surface from Navy Mission Essential Task Lists (NMETL) development and review. Experience executing Navy Warfare Training system (NWTS) processes, programs, and training policies in support of operational readiness. Experience defining unit-level training and certification requirements needed to support operational commanders for Information Warfare (IW) syndicate capabilities. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
