PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Mastery of training requirements to formulate and develop new hypotheses and theories, to include organizational principles/practices, qualitative/quantitative analyses in support of planning, programming, and budgeting regulations for the assessment and improvement of short- and long range planning guidance in accordance with Navy Information forces broad program policies and objectives. Mastery of Navy and national training requirements processes to navigate broad functions and complex efforts of significant scope and intensity. Mastery of the Naval Training System Requirements, Acquisition and management process professional field to ensure alignment with tenets, organizational principles and practices of RRL. Mastery in the development of training resource guidance for IW training across the Navy and performing continuous appraisal of the utilization of training in accomplishing Navy Cyber Training Readiness Program objectives and goals. Knowledge of mission, organizational structures, and technical procedures of National, multi-service and Navy training, ashore and afloat in order to effectively manage the RRL program and to ensure training requirements across all IW designators are aligned within the IW enterprise. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
