SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
Experience interpreting federal regulations, DoD/DON policies, standards and procedures pertaining to cybersecurity assessment and inspection functions, business operations, database management and government contract oversight, civilian/personnel management and training/standardization; Experience providing administrative and organizational resources to justify/expend resources to accomplish the mission and supervise employees to acquire/maintain cybersecurity workforce (CSWF) competencies to carry out work; Experience providing leadership/oversight for broad-based analyses to define, document, justify administrative assets, workforce and IT investments and ensure the division allocates resources to support the mission; Experience leading employees in the collection and assessment of performance metrics and cumulative lessons learned to determine projected gains and remediate/improve identified areas of concerns; Experience conducting life cycle cost analyses to identify/justify resource requirements to develop all levels of resource planning, programming and budget submission. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
