PROGRAM ANALYST

Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Your resume must also demonstrate qualifying experience in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Qualifying experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience conducting requirements analyzing, planning and programming support to substantive, mission-oriented programs with emphasis on equipment, readiness and sustainability of an organization's capabilities Experience working within a command's Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes to ensure requirements are processed through the appropriate chain of command and presented in the appropriate venue Experience substantiating capability needs within a cyber Integrated Prioritized Capabilities List (IPCL) in order to achieve sufficient advocacy Experience preparing Information Technology Procurement Request (ITPR) and Navy manpower/training requirement systems (e.g. NEPR) to fully characterize capability needs of an organization Experience coordinating contract source documents to ensure effective and accurate execution of allocated funding to meet parameters of documented capability gaps This position is within the Work Category Professional at Work Level II GG-03430-12. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
