PROGRAM ANALYST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Experience capturing, integrating, assessing, reconciling, documenting and tracking operational requirements in the Command & Control, Information Technology, Combat Systems,, Information Operations and Space domains; Experience applying quantitative and/or qualitative analytical methods and techniques to identify interrelated program problems, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action; Experience with service requirement development processes (i.e., Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS); Experience applying pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources in PPBE and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes; Experience coordinating efforts of multiple organization segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources; Experience communicating orally and in writing to produce final products for use and presenting strategy, policy, planning and operational issues.
