PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Experience capturing, integrating, assessing, reconciling, documenting and tracking operational requirements in the Command & Control, Information Technology, Combat Systems,, Information Operations and Space domains; Experience applying quantitative and/or qualitative analytical methods and techniques to identify interrelated program problems, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action; Experience with service requirement development processes (i.e., Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS); Experience applying pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources in PPBE and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes; Experience coordinating efforts of multiple organization segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources; Experience communicating orally and in writing to produce final products for use and presenting strategy, policy, planning and operational issues. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
