Management Analyst

To qualify for the GS-11 your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience performing functions related to civilian personnel management, and providing recruitment and staffing services for a command. Experience establishing workflow methods and procedures to effectively and efficiently service an organization. Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with supervisors and managers to effectively resolve issues. Experience using management information systems, human resource information systems and processes, and computer applications. Experience providing a wide range of knowledge of program management processes, concepts, and practices. To qualify for the GS-09 your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience analyzing and evaluating the efficiency of internal personnel management and admin operations. Experience reviewing Request for Personnel Action (RPA) and all actions requested by management. Experience coordinating and assisting with employee pay and time and attendance issues for a command. Experience providing guidance and procedural information to all levels of management and supervisors with processing all Request for Personnel Action (RPA). Experience serving as a liaison between management and servicing Civilian Intelligence Personnel Office (CIPO) for a command. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
