As a Supervisory Resource & Operations Specialist at the GS-0301-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjust priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work. Assigns work based on priorities and grade level of subordinates, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignment and the capabilities of subordinates. Responsible for analyzing and formulating Deputy Director, Joint Training (DDJT) joint training programs operations and resourcing applied to the DoD enterprise, ensuring that the programs are resourced to provide training operations support to the DoD enterprise and JS Joint Force Development (JFD) in an effective, efficient and responsive manner. Integrates the DDJT funded programs into JS policy, plans and procedures. Reviews short- and long-range plans in connection with prospective changes in functions and programs. Monitors the milestone portions of each program and recommends changes as necessary. Conducts program analysis of substantial scale and impact concerning all aspects of current and projected joint training operation programs for actual or potential effectiveness in achieving planned goals and objectives within an extremely complex multi-mission environment. Responsible for the planning, programming, budgeting and execution of 15 DDJT program funding lines consisting of approximately $94 million annually received from 3 separate funding sources. Oversees the production, accuracy, and submission of all supporting Department of Defense Program Budget Review (PBR), Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Budget Estimate Submission (BES) programmatic documents as well as Office of Secretary of Defense for Policy and Readiness (OSD,P&R) annual Training Transformation (T2) Requirements documents created within DDJT You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following
Qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
1. Analyze and formulate joint training programs operations and resourcing applied to the enterprise programs to ensure they are resourced to provide training operations support to the enterprise and Joint Force Development (JFD). 2. Conducts program analysis of substantial scale on all aspects of current and projected joint training operation programs for effectiveness within an extremely complex multi-mission environment. 3. Applies planning, programming, budgeting and execution of multiple program funding sources to identify and recommend operations resource requirements and associated cost estimates for training operations and resources. 4. Leads Joint training working groups and Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) to review training operations programs resourcing execution, funding requirements, travel execution, logistics and achievement of agency benchmarks. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
