MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
The incumbent performs senior level program managerial functions to guide and assess the Joint Fires Section and the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) process to influence requirements, procurement and resourcing investment decisions relative to Joint Fires capabilities. The projects involve support across the United States including exercises, coordination, meetings and operations to include extensive work with U.S. allies, NATO, and Allied Command Transformation. These skills require a broad background of knowledge in project management to include development, acquisition, testing, product improvements, fielding, and sustainment. The incumbent will be required to draft and staff correspondence, decision papers, information papers, point papers, directives, and other routine staff work, generally intended for routing to senior officers and civilian officials for approval and signature. You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following
Qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
Directing projects for joint fires operations or exercises that would maximize combat effectiveness; Drafting decision papers, point papers, and directives on program policies intended for higher level signature; Meeting scheduling and funding goals for major projects that involve Cyber capability development and improvement; Managing projects through all phases such as development, acquisition, and product improvement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
