The Incumbent provides advice to the Chief, Interagency Branch on the conduct of training and exercises that involve aspects of the interagency process. Plans, develops, coordinates, executes and evaluates all components of interagency interaction/replication in assigned exercises throughout the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC). Integrates and coordinates all interaction with the training audience as the Interagency Cell Chief or Deputy. Provides advice to command leadership on the conduct of training and exercises that involve aspects of the interagency process. You may qualify at the GS-13 if you fulfill the following
Qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
Planning and developing components of interagency interaction in exercises throughout the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC). Coordinating interagency interactions with the training audience during event executions. Managing U.S. Government, military operations, and contracting teams for joint training exercises and scenarios. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
